But then I found that Google’s Reader had a copy of everything.  So I’ve saved it in a file and will have a go at putting some of my old posts back.  Well done Google. 

Oh, I’ve also found out a lot more about security.  No idea whether I will ever be able to stop someone hacking my blog again.  However, I have now got an automatic back-up facility that saves a copy of my post database every week.
