Time to up the ante… but just a little bit
This week my motivation got the better of me and I entered a triathlon (only 295 days to go). I’ve also done a bit of regular exercise, including some touch rugby ref-ing. Nothing hard (apart from a bit on the bike on Sunday). The aim was to exercise every day and I achieved that. This week I want to keep exercising every day, make a few of the sessions a little longer and and add a tiny bit more intensity? Why intensity? It’s more about getting a bit of practice at intensity before it becomes a regular part of my week.
