This is my blog. Kind of obvious really. But I am using it to track my Ironman journey.
So what is an ironman? Well it is a type of triathlon where you have to:
- Swim: 3,800m (or 2.4 miles)
- Bike: 180km (or 112 miles)
- Run: 42.2km (or 26.2 miles)
The clock starts with the swim, finishes when you get to the end of the run and doesn’t stop in between. My best time so far is 11 hours 44 minutes. So it is quite a long event.
Hi sorry to “Stalk you” ? I saw a comment you made on a forum about it being easy to get hold of some Spokes for the Vuelta carbon Pro WR wheels you dont remember where you got them do you? cheers Phil
