This is my blog. Kind of obvious really. But I am using it to track my Ironman journey.
So what is an ironman? Well it is a type of triathlon where you have to:
- Swim: 3,800m (or 2.4 miles)
- Bike: 180km (or 112 miles)
- Run: 42.2km (or 26.2 miles)
The clock starts with the swim, finishes when you get to the end of the run and doesn’t stop in between. My best time so far is 11 hours 44 minutes. So it is quite a long event.
