Summer fun – run every day in the summer
So, I have seen a running coach and had my running style re-engineered. Hopefully this will avoid the pain in the ironman run. I’ll post more about that later but for now the plan is to run frequently for as long as I can concentrate. Some days I have ran 2 x 5 mins, others 3 x 10 mins and 2 x 15 mins. Some days I have ran twice. I’ll keep doing that until my technique becomes second nature. Then I will increase the distance and speed gradually.
The plan, therefore, is to run for at least 20 minutes every day in June, July and August.
