Sitting under the trees
Just taking the dogs for a walk. One is laying in the grass. The other is “lost”.
This morning I did a moderate-ish run. 17.3km in just under 90 mins. Mostly off road with lots of hills.
Yesterday was an easy ride to the lake, a three lap swim and a ride home.
Anyway, the other dog is back so I’d better get back.
