100 runs in a 100 days?
I’ve entered this on Tri Talk. The idea is to do at least 100 runs over 100 days. There are some rules but the main one is that each run must be at least 30 minutes long. Since 1 November, I have done 16 qualifying runs in 13hrs 23 mins. Not bad.
I am not measuring distance as that will mean that I will try to go faster or choose routes that are quicker. Most of the running so far has been at a pretty easy pace. Over the next few weeks I will increase the distance and then increase the pace of a couple of the runs each week.
It’s not a serious challenge so if I want to stop, I will.
