I’m up early to race this morning. All my kit is laying by the front door, just have to put it in my bags and go.
So what am I trying to achieve today? Defintely not a personal best. I had quite a hard day yesterday and so am very tired and achy today. What I’d like to achieve is:
- a great swim with as much drafting practice as possible
- a quick T1, in practice for Windsor – not Lanza
- a good solid run.
So my plan is:
- Swim: go hard
- Bike: go hard
- Run: go hard, and even harder at the end!
I’d better get going…
